Xiaomi’s latest license deal shows just how far the Chinese IP market has come

First of all, an apology is in order. The last time I posted a story here was back in July 2017 — which is way too long ago — when I reported on Apple’s purchase of patents from a South Korean government-linked NPE named Goldpeak.
